Terms and Conditions for New Zealand School Purchases

Orders on behalf of schools may be dispatched prior to payment on condition that the following terms are accepted:

• Payment is made in full within 14 days of the goods being received by the school

• All products are mailed out on the understanding that they are NOT APROVAL COPIES (apro) and are therefore non-returnable (excluding return conditions below)

• During the order process clearly state the following information in the 'Special Instructions' field on the 'delivery details' page:
  • School order for SCHOOL NAME
    
  • Terms & Conditions accepted
  • School ORDER NUMBER

• The above information is mandatory and without it orders will not be processed
• Provide the school address as the delivery address, on the ‘delivery details’ page

• Select the 'Pay by Cheque / Bank Transfer' payment button on the final page to create the order and invoice:
  • You will receive an email from us immediately following your order placement. Click the 'To access your invoice click: Here' (within that email) to view the invoice
  • Print the invoice and pass it on to the office manager for payment
  • The email address supplied during the order will receive a dispatched notification once the order has been sent out to you

General Terms and Conditions

Private orders are only placed with our publishers once payment has been received.

Orders that cannot be filled for any reason will be notified. An alternative product will be recommended or a refund is avaiable for that product.

Any goods may be returned if they are considered faulty, for replacement or refund of the purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by The Consumers Guarantee Act 1993. If goods were purchased as part of a promotion, the refund will be calculated accordingly.

In case we sent you the wrong product, the product was damaged in postage or was not received, please contact us within 10 days of dispatch date (as recorded by the online dispatch email), so we can address the matter.

International Terms and Conditions

Orders outside of New Zealand must be paid by Credit Card. Once you have selected your products you need to also select the correct shipping cost from the shipping catalogue (above Year 1 on the left) before proceeding to check out. Orders over 10 products, may need to select multiple shipping costs, as required. Products for Year 1 are aimed at children aged 5 - 6, Year 2 is aimed at children aged 6 - 7, etc.
